The 2006 Web Weekend in Miami was Sept 23-24, and Shed Dawgs Mike, Sean and Barry attended the event. To say it was amazing would be a huge understatement! The Miami Dolphins' Senior Director of Internet and Publications - Scott Stone - and his staff, put off an incredible event for the selected Dolfan Web Sites. The weekend included an in depth Stadium and Training Facility Tour, a banquet with Dolphins top executives, which included Dolphins President and Chief Operating Officer Bryan Wiedmeier, CEO Joe Bailey, and Head Coach Nick Saban. Also included in the Web Weekend were Sideline passes for the pre game warm up and Seats actually on the field in the new Field Club section. To be one of only 16 Web Sites selected, and the only one from Canada, is truly an honor for sheddawgs.com! The Miami Dolphins have shown why they are the top franchise in professional sports by recognizing and rewarding thier fans in such an incredible event.
