Let me give you an in-game scenario. Your team is down by a TD late in the 4th quarter, and you have the ball on the opponent’s 10 yard line and you have 1st & Goal….What do you do? Scott Linehan, the Dolphins offensive coordinator chose to do 2 fades to the endzone, a pass to a RB in the flat, and over the middle to the endzone. I think Scott Linehan is stupid. But then again it’s the players on the field who make the difference right, so that being said, Chris Chambers is a bum. The dolphins played well enough to win that game but of course, they did not win and now need a miracle to get a playoff spot. This was the game they had to win, this was the game they had to step up….(Wait a minute, I said all this last week). The fact is the Patriots are champions and champions know how to steal wins. The Dolphins are losers who always find a way to lose. So long 2006 playoffs, we were knocking on your door earlier this season, but it looks like you now have a restraining order against the Sheddawgs. The major phrase used this past weekend was for our soldiers and it was “Lest we forget”. The major phrase I will use for the rest of the week is “Lest we remember”.
