Week 6 - Dolphins at Bucks

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2005

First of all I would like to say that I would rather go 13 of 14 in the sheddawg pool, content with the fact that I picked the Dolphins and they lost, rather than going 14 of 14 knowing in my heart of hearts that I picked against my team. So for all those Dawgs who pick against the Phins...For Shame.....For Shame...besides, how can you pick against Miami after reading Sheddawg Mike’s pregame report!!! That being said, lets Recap!

Is it just me or do the Dolphins commit more penalties than any team in “My NHL”. But that was not the only thing that cost them this game. Gus Frerotte was overthrowing passes, Michael Pittman had his way with the dolphin D and Travis Daniels made Joey Galloway look like a pro bowler. And Chris Chambers, yes Chris the “#1 Wide Receiver in the arsenal, making the big bucks, looking for his first 1000 yard season” Chambers. I am calling you out! Sure you can make the highlight reel catches, but the time has come to start making the tough catches over the middle as well. Furthermore, the R-n-R that the Dolphins fans expected on Sunday, failed to materialize as neither Ricky nor Ronnie could get anything going. But this was Ricky’s first game back, and they did face the Best D in the league. But let’s call a spade a spade: The game was there for the taking with Cadillac out, Griese hurt, and young Simms in command. In the end, Ricky wasn’t the diamond in the rough, the Bucs showed heart, and the fins got clubbed.

FINAL SCORE:     BUCKS 27 DOLPHINS 13

CHEERS TO:    Zach for being a one man wrecking machine.
JEERS TO:        Chamber's dropped passes and missed opportunities. Might as well throw the 15 penalty flags in here as well.
