It is once again becoming increasingly frustrating to watch the Miami Dolphins play football. This was the game they had to win, this was the game they had to step up and show they could compete in the NFL this year, this was a must win game! But once again the whole team never showed up. The biggest stat in this game in my opinion was third down. Atlanta converted on third down almost every time knocking the wind out of the dolphin D and the Miami crowd. Miami, on the other hand, never converted on third down once. That has to be some kind of franchise record. Once again the running game showed promise and Ricky even got a rushing TD this week, but the Offensive playbook has too many plays designed for Gus. I mean third and 2 inside the 10 and you call a pass play knowing Frerotte is your QB?? What??? I could smell a game ending interception. That was a Wannstedt call. And another thing....Stop doing the reverse to Chris Chambers, it is getting old really fast and it just is not effective. This team showed me that they are an 8-8 team at best. On the positive side, that still might win the division. Nontheless, this was a huge game for Miami and they blew it. CHEERS TO: Jason Taylor for playing great at 70%. ALLY’S ALL STAR DOLPHIN: MELANIE'S POST GAME QUOTE OF THE WEEK: "I guess we will always have hopes that the backup quarterback will solve all of our problems" JUNGLE JIMS PLAY OF THE GAME: Ricky's 23 yard TD Run 0r Channing Crowders knockout blow on J.Griffith.
